About this item

  • [ Fast Read and Accurate ] -- This dual probe digital meat thermometer only takes 2-3 seconds to get an accurate reading. Wide Temperature Range: -58°F ~ 572°F. It has a detachable wire probe (the wire measures 39 inches and the probe itself is about 6 1/2 inches).
  • [ Easy to Use ] -- It turns on and off when you extend the probe. The scale of temperatures is written on the back of the thermometer. It will shut down automatically after 10 minutes of inactivity, so it saves energy.
  • [ Backlight & Magnetic ] -- The backlight makes it easier to read the temp in the dark or in low light conditions. The magnetic back allows you to keep it on the fridge or stove so it is easy to grab when cooking in the kitchen.
  • [ Temp Alarm Function ] -- You can set an alarm for each type of meat exactly how you like the meat cooked! All of the suggested temperatures for the different types of meats are listed on the back of the unit.
  • [ CAL & Hold Function ] -- Lock readings instead of looking dangerously into an oven or grill. This meat thermometer comes expertly precalibrated, but you can recalibrate at anytime for long lasting accuracy.
